You get full root/Administrator access and complete control. It is your machine. We handle the hardware, network, anti-DDoS and the heavy lifting (OS reinstalls, rescue mode, IPMI/KVM, RAID) on request, usually within the hour.
Yes. Reverse DNS (PTR) is free and self-serve right from your panel, ideal for mail servers. Additional IPv4 addresses and a private vRack network are available on request.
