Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, hosting, server, domain and related services (the "Services") provided by Vastrox ("Vastrox", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

3. Services

We provide shared hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, Linux and Windows VPS, game server hosting, domain services and related products as described on our website. Plan specifications, resource limits and features are those stated on the relevant product page and order summary at the time of purchase. We may modify, enhance or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

4. Fees, billing and renewals

  • Prices are displayed on the relevant product page and confirmed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT), which are added where required by law.
  • Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the billing cycle you select (e.g. monthly, annually).
  • Invoices are issued automatically and are payable from your account balance or via the payment methods made available in your dashboard. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance or a valid payment method to cover renewals.
  • If an invoice is not paid by its due date, the related Service may be suspended and, after a further grace period, terminated. Late or failed payment does not relieve you of the obligation to pay outstanding amounts.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Eligible hosting plans are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee as described there. Certain items (including domain registrations, renewals and add-ons) are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). The AUP prohibits, among other things, illegal content, spam, network abuse, malicious activity and unauthorised resource consumption. Violation of the AUP may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Customer content and backups

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload ("Customer Content"). You are solely responsible for your Customer Content and for maintaining your own independent backups. While we provide backup features as described per plan, backups are provided on a best-effort basis and are not a substitute for your own backups. We are not liable for any loss of data.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach these Terms or the AUP; (b) payment is overdue; (c) your use poses a security, legal or operational risk; or (d) required by law. You may cancel your Services at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Refund Policy.

9. Service levels

Our target availability and any service credits are described in our Service Level Agreement. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events and factors outside our reasonable control are excluded from availability calculations.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vastrox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the affected Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vastrox and its officers, employees and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or the AUP.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of the State of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
